Challenge:
IAR Systems and its sister company SecureThingz, are both highly successful companies whose embedded design and security solutions are widely used in Europe. Their leadership team includes experts in security, and are working with industry and government associations to develop standards and regulations to protect data at the chip-level in virtually any type of industrial or consumer product. The company realized it needed to improve relationships with the US media and influencers, and on the recommendation of Eta Compute, they contacted Corridor Communications for advice.
Approach:
Our team identified key areas we could impact favorably for these companies. As an unknown, however, we suggested starting with several small projects so they could gauge our knowledge, capabilities, and results. These included technical writing and media and analyst outreach. Based on the results, we developed a year-long strategy to target both trade media and analysts as well as hybrid tech/business media and organizations.
Impact:
As a result of our initial programs, the company is beginning to forge key relationships that will prepare it for an aggressive program in the next year. Their CEOs and Chief Strategy Officer are becoming known quickly for their expertise in the US market.
